Thoughts: Thanks to 怡保的石灰岩過濾泉水 Ipoh's limestone-filtered spring water, which gives the local 豆漿 soy milk and 豆腐 bean curd its legendary, 絲滑口感 ultra-silky texture. There are 十家專門賣豆腐的攤位 dozens of dedicated bean curd stalls, 咖啡館 cafés, and 早市攤販 morning market vendors scattered across the city, Ipoh has roughly 7 to 10 major, universally celebrated Tau Fu Fah institutions that dominate the food scene. 

This isn't the rm$8 "單點熱豆花 Plain Soy Beancurd" from "四夕豆花 Four Beans Soy Desserts", the little shop is barely 100m from  "四夕豆花 Four Beans" and offering your basic classic rm$2.80 "熱豆腐花 HOT Tau Fu Fa". Between a rm$2.80 versus rm$8 Tofufa is to have it without the comfort of Air-Conditioning and beautiful interior as well as comfortable seatings, AND almost on the road side but the same 山水豆腐花.
