Thoughts: There are 2 Vietnamese stalls at USJ1's "Koh Family" kopitiam, one offering noodles and another one offering "Banh Mi (bread)". Three variants of Banh Mi (which I think is also called "Baguette" as is a type of french bread) of either egg, ham or roasted pork; the stall also offers Vietnamese fried spring roll, Vietnamese spring rolls; also pork skewers with some kine of noodles! 
Nice, nice! will be back for the other recipes in the menu.

Food thoughst: Was here 2 weeks plus ago on 19.Sept, same uncle but tried his Jawa Mee which was just OK. Today morning, knowing that parking at USJ 9, 10, 14, or even 21 (Main Place) are already impossible at around 9am! I opted for easier parking at USJ 1's Koh Family Restaurant (near Giant/Damen) and decided to try the Uncle's Chee Cheong Fun as his stall actually advertised the CCF more prominently than the Jawa Mee! 
Most hawkers likely buy the Chee Cheong Fun and most actually make their own Yong Tao Foo but I think the uncle buys everything. Everything just seems not too fresh, but he is definitely a very nice person and instead of 😐😐, I'd say 👍😋 for his preseverance in life.

Food Thoughts: The man making my breakfast today is likely my age or maybe a few more years older. Still sweating it out making a living or maybe out of retirement just opening a stall to have something to do rather than sitting at home. I can certainly understand the dilemmas of retirement age. 
His stall is suppose to be advertised to sell Chee Cheong Fun but soon as I saw him preparing a Jawa Mee, I ordered one myself. I think Jawa mee is quite vegetarian with an egg. I wished it could have more dried bean curd and sliced cucumber instead of the fried stuff. I also wished it was a little sweeter rather than being too sour! I did wish a lot for a $5.50 plate, did I.
