Thoughts: Arriving at 6:45am, the Yong Tao Foo stall was ready to serve customers; the home-made Yong Tao Foo stall offers home-made Yong Tao Foo at rm$1.50/pc (large pieces). Definitely very fresh Yong Tao Foo offered early in the morning and freshly replenished throughout the morning. 
Parking here even around 7am was already challenging this morning with most kopitiams already open for business and especially non-Mondays where the dry and wet market is also opened. I think one other hawker food worth trying is the curry noodle where it seemed busy on both visit last week 10.07.2020 and today! 
Except for the challenging parkings, Kampung Cempaka offers quite a few breakfast spots very early in the morning! I think the nearby MBPJ multi-story wet market complex also offers a food court on the 2nd floor of the complex.

Thoughts: This corner shop kopitiam in a single shop lot location offers at least 9 stalls including 燒臘(滑雞叉燒)飯 Roasted, 豬腸粉釀豆腐 Chee Cheong Fun, 魚頭米粉 Fish head noodle, 雞絲河粉 Chicken noodle, 咖喱麵 Curry noodle, 豬肉粉 Pork noodle, 雲吞麵 Wanton Mee, 魚丸粉 Fish ball noodle, 咖裡魚頭 Curry fish head, 豬雜湯 Pork innards soup, 芋頭飯 Yam rice, 滷味 Braised, 椰漿飯 Nasi Lemak. Interesting, this kopitiam is called "新海記餐館酒廊 Sin Hoy Kee Restaurant & Pub"; not too sure why it is called a Pub but maybe it serve bottled alcohol "kopitiam style" as well. 
In the 60s and 70s, when many of PJ areas were still having quite a few rubber estates and "small forest" among the newly developing residential houses; Kampung Cempaka or 千百家新村 (in fact some refers to it as 大港) was developed at that time. And I remember around that time, it takes around 1.5 to 2 hours from PJ to KL; now its maybe 30-40 minutes using Federal highway or many other route options (Federal highway was only completed in 1977)! 
Parking is challenging as the kopitiam is just next to the Cempaka Wet Market; it is only along the access road connecting Cempaka to the newer Sunway Commercial Centre and Aman Suria  residential area. Kampung Cempaka is a typical "New Village" with absolutely narrow roads with cars parked randomly on road sides; really drive and park at your own risks within the New Village. 
The rm$6 "金寶魚丸粉 Kampar Fish ball Noodle" sampled today did not end with a good impression, but that's the only stall offering breakfast at 6:45am (maybe 7:30am or later, other stalls will be ready). The home-made yong tao foo stall and curry noodle stall looked to be better choices for a next visit.
