BUT today's Dim Sum is a Muslim friendly one, along Jalan Noordin. Floral Dim Sum presents an interesting Cafe-like decoration with "Pink and White Flower" theme adorning every wall in the shop, rather of cozy ambiance, of course the pork-free options, cleaner and quieter than usual Chinese Dim Sum places in town.

Thoughts: It's almost a month since RMCO announcement in June, business is usual for most and parking has become somewhat worst at Main Place area. And even 7am, parking nearby the mall is more challenging then before MCO.  
Halal Dim Sum, as much as I am adventurous on trying it; the best thus far is still "The Queens 18.01.2018" in Seksyen 15 Shah Alam, not sure if the Halal Dim Sum restaurant is still around.

Thoughts: Some say this is the "Best Pau" in Malaysia! Many even drive all the way to Ipoh's Tanjung Malim where "益民包店 Pau Yik Mun" (almost mistaken it for Yip Mun) is located, seemed to be popular for their home-made steamed bun. Yik Mun has been making Pau since 1926, and as it is popular among Malays as well; I would assume that it is Halal.
"Pau 包 Sedap Shop" opened just 6 days ago in USJ1 Damen where it claims to source its Premium Pau from Tanjung Malim's Yip Mun on selected days of the week which are Tuesdays, Thursdays, and Saturdays! So, does that mean that other days like today which is a Friday that the Dim Sum and Pao are source from elsewhere, maybe! I hope the "宫保鸡丁包 Kung Pau chicken Pau" sampled today was not from that much talked about "益民包店 Yik Mun Pau shop" because it did not impress me. And so was the 香菇烧麦 mushroom siew mai, not good! The only consolation was the 迷你糯米鸡 mini Loh Mai Kai; not dry at all, tasty chicken meat, taste quite good even without the 腊肠 Lap Cheong. 
"Pau 包 Sedap Shop" is located at Damen's Ground floor to the right side of the Main Entrance, I believe the previous tenant at the same location was maybe a Pub or Cafe which I have be postponed visiting thus far (too bad now gone forever!). 
So, the "Halal" Dim Sum today here wasn't too positive on a first visit and maybe on a wrong day; but instead of driving all the way to Tanjung Malim; maybe I should come again for the famous "Yip Mun Pao" on those designated days advertised.
