Thoughts: In operations since December 2016, the Sungai Buloh-Kajang MRT line offers 14 Park N’ Ride facilities (covered or open space) and 6 of them are multi-storey parking. Of the 14, eight of the facilities are owned by MRT Corp which charges a flat rate of rm$4.30 (only for MRT users), and the rest of the facilities are operated by third party companies, hence the parking charges are determined by these operators.
The rm$4.30 Park N’ Ride flat charges are only applicable for MRT users (meaning one not just park the car there but also must use the MRT tracked via Touch N Go Card) and this is only applied to the Park N' Ride facilities at Sungai Buloh, Phileo Damansara, Maluri, Taman Midah, Taman Suntex, Bandar Tun Hussein Onn, Bukit Dukung and Sungai Jernih MRT Stations. However, for Non-MRT users who park their cars at Park N’ Ride facilities locations, will pay different hourly rates depending on which facility; for example, the Phileo Damansara Station charges an hourly rate of rm$3.30 and rm$1.10 for subsequently hours which for a daily will be maximum of rm$16.10 according to the MRT Corp website!
Alternative Parking is the private parking within Phileo Damansara itself, where the rates are crazy with an hourly rate of rm$6 (last check); other alternative parking used to be at an open space for a flat rate of rm$7.50 which is near to Phileo 2 (from Jalan 16/11); now that open space is also closed for construction works, there aren't any other alternative "legal" parking near Phileo Damansara except for this parking alternative at Park N Ride Phileo Damansara.
So, parking at the Park & Ride Phileo seems logical if working for a full day at Phileo Damansara. However, to not pay the hourly rate; the workaround method is to take a round-trip MRT ride after work to the closest/cheapest station which seems to be TTDI station which will be 2 x rm$1.20 = rm$2.40. And therefore the total parking per day will be rm$4.30 + rm$2.40 = rm$6.70. Instead of rm$16.10 for a  9 hours parking, it will be a cost saving of rm$9.40. 
The meaningless round-trip in-order to enjoy the discounted parking rates from Phileo to TTDI maybe take maybe an extra 10-15 minutes depending on your luck. Bear in mind that the Park & Ride only accepts Touch & Go Card for entering the parking facility, and you must leave the Park and Ride within 2 hours of exiting the MRT station fare gates in order to enjoy the rm$4.30 daily flat rate.
Interestingly note that the address of the Park & Ride Phileo Damansara Multi-Storey complex located next to the Petronas Station is KL Bukit Kiara, while Phileo Damansara business buildings across the street via the overhead bridge is PJ Seksyen 16. This is because this part of PJ is at the border of the KL district; that is why also although TTDI and PJ Uptown SS21 is just next to each other, TTDI is part of KL while SS21 is part of PJ!

One minus point is the ramps connecting each floor is really very narrow

By 8am, Level 1, 2 seems already full ...
But I could find a parking at Level 3

From any floor, you can take the lift to Level 5

Level 5 brings you to the MRT Station and the overhead Bridge

At the "Petronas side" of the road, you can take the escalator from Ground Floor directly to Level 5

Level 5 is entrance to the MRT trains and overhead bridge to Phileo Damansara Blocks

Feeder Buses are available on this side of the road (where the Phileo Damansara blocks are located) which is opposite side of the road from Petronas

Thoughts: The Plaza Toll Puchong Barat (USJ -> Puchong) or (Puchong -> USJ) increased Toll chargers from rm$1.60 to rm$2.10 (for Class 1 Vehicles) many many years ago, one of the most expensive tolls in Klang Valley; not forgetting that you will have to pay another Toll exiting the Plaza Toll Puchong Selatan, which is another rm$2.10. 


(Kampung Bersatu = Kampung Sri Puchong)

The normal route from USJ to Bandar Puchong (point of reference being Puchong DHL E-Commerce) via Plaza Toll Puchong Barat takes around 13 minutes; the suggested route via Kampung Bersatu (interestingly Google Map shows Kampung Bersatu as Kampung Sri Puchong, I assume it's the same or alternative names to the same village) will go through extra 3 traffic lights and depending on traffic maybe will takes 13-18 minutes (extra 3-5++ minutes). The bottle-neck seems only on returning from Puchong to USJ (see #12) where the Round-about from Persiaran Puchong Perdana to Persiaran Puchong Permai. Otherwise, traffic is manageable on the day of trying out this new Route.
When entering Kampung Bersatu, make sure don't turn into the first Lorong 2 (a dead-end road), after about 500 meters, take the Lorong 2 Kampung Bersatu (see #5) on your left; I think there is a Saloon/Interior Furniture shop/house before the turn. This Lorong is a one-way street (use for direction USJ to Puchong Bandar Puteri).
As Lorong 2 Kampung Bersatu is a one-way street, the direction from Puchong Bandar Puteri to USJ via the same route uses a slight different route via Lorong 6 (see MAP 6-10 Green letters)! Note that Lorong 6 is also a one-way street! Other roads for the return trip is the same! 
I find this Route definitely usable if the Puchong destination is somewhere around Bandar Puteri Puchong as a round-trip would have a cost saving of rm$4.20! For those who need to travel daily from Shah Alam/USJ to Puchong Light Industrial area near and around Bandar Puteri, a cost saving of rm$100 would mean a lot. 
On the time of 1st experience on this Route was 3pm (from USJ to Bandar Puteri) which took about 13 minutes and 5:30pm (from Bandar Puteri to USJ) which took about 18 minutes! with the return trip experienced slow traffic leading to the Round-about mentioned earlier (#12); there isn't traffic light at that Round-about. Since 5:30pm is after office hours and likely peak traffic hour, I expect other non-peak traffic hours for the return trip easier traffic (from Puchong to USJ route)
Interestingly Kampung Bersatu or Kampung Sri Puchong, initial impression along the route seems to show mixed malay and chinese shops and residences, however Google Map shows many adjacent Kampung (villages) beyond Kampung Sri Puchong along the Klang River.
