Thoughts: Pancetta is a 鹽醃熏五花肉 salt-cured pork belly salume (but not smoked).  In Italy, pancetta is commonly served as a 切片的肉 sliced meat, 薄片 sliced thin and eaten raw. It can also be used in 意大利面 carbonara pasta often cut into cubes to add depth to 湯 soups or components of a 三明治 Sandwich. And in Italy, Pancetta can also be enjoyed 生吃 Raw (Cold Cuts) and paired with 帕馬森乾酪 Parmesan Cheese.

Today's is set lunch of rm$20.95 "煙熏培根火腿 Smoked Pancetta Ham", not raw but smoked and grilled. The set comes with Mushroom soup and a cold beverage.
