The Noodle House's signature "銷魂麵 Chew Chew Noodles is said to use "走地雞"雞蛋 free-range eggs and 高筋麵粉 high gluten flour, with 無防腐劑 no preservatives and processed products", handmade by DayOne professional noodle makers and tailored by noodles making machines with special specifications from traditional noodle recipes. The secret recipes sauces made from traditional Taiwanese style braised pork, lard dregs, vinegar, pure soy sauce and the spices made of chopped scallion etc.

小時光 销魂麵舖 is said to be officially Malaysia's first Taiwanese style Noodles chain shop with a Malaysian own Brand which offers fusion of 台日美味料理 Taiwanese and Japanese cuisine. Besides Taiwanese and Japanese cooking, the style also blends in local flavors. Food items that go with the signature 銷魂麵 Chew Chew noodle are 台式滷肉 Taiwanese Braised Pork, 炸雞排 Chicken Katsu, 日式咖哩炸豬排 Japanese Curry Tonkatsu, 照燒雞Teriyaki Chicken, and the Chinese Malaysian favorite 燒肉 Roasted Pork. 小時光 DayOne DayOne Noodles shops offers a simple and comfortable decoration and an inviting entrance. The walls are decorated with cute Carton Egg figures that plays with the yellow noodles! Customer can find over 20 set menu items with Noodles and Rice plus 16 Ala-Carte choices in the Picture menu. Tea in Pots are interesting but perhaps the 冷泡茶系列 Cold Brew Taiwanese Tea which is brewed with "台灣進口的手摘茶葉 Hand-picked tea" imported from Taiwan comes in a beautiful take-away bottle are worth sampling.
Today's rm$23.90 "唐心蛋人氣脆皮燒肉銷魂麵+豚骨肉丸清湯 Roasted Pork Chew Chew Noodle w/Stewed Pork Soup" set comes with a bowl of their signature 銷魂麵 Chew Chew Noodles that is topped with 鬆脆炸猪油渣 crunchy pork lard plus the meat choice of 脆皮燒肉 roasted pork along with half a Onsen Tamago 唐心蛋. On the side is a bowl of clear soup with 豚骨肉丸 Pork meal balls and vegetables; also a small bowl of 醃製小黃瓜 pickled cucumber. Also provided were 2 plates of chili sauce: one for the noodle and another for the roasted pork! Customer can also request for additional bowl of noodle at no extra costs.
