Thoughts: One can always find 馬來街頭食品和小吃 Malay street food and snacks all-day-long around Subang Jaya USJ, not necessary in shops but along many road sides. 

Mornings are your 馬來椰漿飯 Nasi Lemak or 馬來糕點 Malay Kueh

Lunch times are your 馬來米飯麵 Rice or Noodle make-shift road side stalls or 囉惹 Rojak and drinks

Early evenings are your 馬來煎炸小吃 fried snacks and dinner 馬來米飯 mixed rice stalls

Evenings until Mid-nights are your typical 馬來漢堡 Burger stalls and 沙爹 Satay

You probably will not be disappointed by the fried snacks offered at USJ11's "Goreng Pisang Azaniah", the stall usually starts at 4pm, and it is located along USJ 11/5 at the USJ 11/1 Park. Snacks available are 炸魚餅 Lekor, 炸香蕉 (Fried Banana fritters or Goreng Pisang), 炸菠蘿蜜 (Fried Jackfruit or Goreng Nangka), 炸紅薯 (Fried sweet potato or  Goreng Ubi), and 炸山藥 (Fried Yam or Goreng Ubi Keladi) or maybe more. Lately, there are also quite a few Home-Kitchen (for lunch or dinner) and recently also noticed some Food Trucks around USJ specifically in the evenings.

Thoughts: The make-shift Nasi Lemak stall in-front of USJ9's Petronas Station is still the preferred nasi Lemak. Especially when the coconut flavored rice is still warm, even the simple rm$2.50 packet nasi lemak with just a little usual sides of anchovies, nuts, and cucumber plus that super spicy (and sweet) sambal is enough to get the day running. 

And it is called Nasi Lemak JoMontero!

Thoughts: The rm$5.50 Nasi Ambang offered at the USJ9 roadside stall comes with 白飯 Rice, 炸雞 Fried Chicken, 桑巴醬 Sambal, 鹹魚 Salted Fish, 肉椰絲 "Serunding or Shredded Coconut", 豆腐 Tauhu, 丁白 Tempe, 炒米粉 "Sunn", and 土豆 Potato. Usually I think Nasi Ambang comes with 炒面 Fried Mee but this one is 炒米粉 Fried Noodle, and the sambal was a little too spicy. 

The stall at USJ9 is somewhere along the trunk road of USJ9/1 just before the entry to USJ9 Business Centre. Not just Nasi Lemak, but also Lontong and Nasi Ambang, and also a small variety of Malay Kueh.
安邦饭 Nasi Ambeng or also called Nasi Ambang, is an 印尼爪哇 Indonesian Javanese Cuisines, also very popular in Johor. Nasi ambeng is often served communal dining-style on a 拼盤 platter to be shared among four to five people; especially during festive and/or special occasions such as a 开放式的宴会大餐 Kenduri. A typical 爪哇安邦饭 Javanese style Nasi Ambeng comes with either fragrant or 蒸白米飯 steamed white rice, 咖哩雞 chicken curry or 醬油燉雞 chicken stewed in soy sauce, 牛肉仁当 beef or雞肉仁当 chicken rendang and 爪哇辣椒桑巴醬 Javanese sambal goreng, on the side can be a variety of small bites such as 硬豆腐 firm tofu, 丁白 tempeh, 長豆 long beans, 印尼沙拉 urap, 印尼炸土豆 bergedel, and 肉椰絲 serunding.
