Thoughts: Pavilion Kuala Lumpur unveils a 30-foot 紙藝園 Paper Art Garden for the celebration of the 2022 Chinese New Year of the Tiger. The Garden entirely made of paper showcase a variety of colorful 4 season Flora and Fauna from winter to autumn, paper Pagoda,  a rocky backdrop with a waterfall and a bridge; not forgetting a few paper Tigers! Also 紙藝燈籠 paper arts lanterns hanging from the skylight roofing.

The 30-foot 紙藝園 Paper Art Garden is located at the Centre Court, and is the results of the collaboration with international award-winning modern 摺紙 origami artist 大師陳曉 Master Chen Xiao. The display represents the harmony of the five elemental tigers which are 金 Metal, 木 Wood, 水Water, 火 Fire, 土  Earth in 春 Spring, 夏 Summer, 秋 Autumn, and 冬 Winter settings. 

The 5 Tigers are: 

春天盛開的水仙花 blooming daffodils in Spring with the 藍虎 Blue Tiger

夏天的牡丹 peonies in Summer with the 紅虎 Red Tiger

秋天的金葉楓樹 golden-leaf maple trees in Autumn with the 銀虎 Silver Tiger

冬天的桃花樹 peach blossom trees for the Winter season with the 黑虎 Black Tiger

雄偉的金山 majestic Gold Mountain with the mighty 黃虎 Yellow Tiger.

Pavilion Kuala Lumpur has also partnered with 老虎啤酒 Tiger Beer this time around for the Main Entrance display.
