Thoughts: A wonderful bar with great service, and quite a few choices of beer bites as well as food options. Also available is life band on selected nights, what more that the bar is at the pool side with outside seating just beside the pool, 风凉水冷! On tap are draft beer of Kilkenny, Tiger, Guinness, Heineken Draft; not the cheapest happy hour beer in town but I always enjoy the Irish cream ale from the makers of Guinness, an ice cold glass of Kilkenny! 
The interior of the bar, spotting a curve design of the bar area, Roulette tables for drinking/dining but not for gaming as well as ceiling and walls with a "a Roulette" theme; all creating a unique atmosphere and comfortable drinking space. Not forgetting sports TV and electronic dart boards.
There are 2 "The Roulette" Bar, one in Oasis Square (Ara Damansara) and another one in Bandar Botanic (Klang).

Thoughts: It has been many months (April 23th) last visited O'Briens at KLCC Suria; previous several visits here was for O'Briens' breakfast. Today, for lunch, its the "Christmas special" of w/Cranberry cream cheese sauce toasted with Chicken Ballotine! The set also comes with Chilled brewed coffee. Not bad but a little expensive for the combination. 
A Ballotine (French origin) is traditionally a boned thigh part of the chicken, duck or other poultry stuffed with forcemeat and other ingredients. It is tied to hold its shape and sometimes stitched up with a trussing needle. A Ballotine is cooked by roasting, braising or poaching. A Ballotine is often shaped like a sausage or re-formed to look like the leg, often with a cleaned piece of bone left in the end. (Wikipedia). 
Not sure I enjoyed the Ballotine stuffed within a sandwich! The bread used was called Ciabatta; which is an Italian white bread made from wheat flour, water, olive oil, salt, and yeast, created in 1982 by a baker in Verona, Veneto, Italy, in response to the popularity of French baguettes. Ciabatta is somewhat elongated, broad, and flat, and is baked in many variations. (Wikipedia)
So the Chicken Ballotine in a Ciabatta is a French-Italian fusion sandwich! What goes within the sandwich was 散叶生菜 (Lollo Bionda), Onions, Tomato but wished it came with more "Cranberry cream cheese sauce". On the side was their usual O'Briens patato chips!

Thoughts: O'Briens Irish Sandwich Cafe, also known as O'Briens, is an Irish franchise sandwich cafe chain founded in Ireland in 1988 by Brody Sweeney. He chose the name O'Brien’s because it was the most common name in the phone book. Initially only in Ireland, the chain once operated over 300 sandwich bars in Australia, China, Denmark, United Kingdom, Gibraltar, India, Indonesia, Bahrain, Malaysia, the Netherlands, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Spain, Taiwan, and Thailand. Interesingly, in 2009, the company went into liquidation as it acknowledge not following UK Employment Law on something call "Sunday Premiums" (Premium for working on Sundays). It closed 85 stores in Ireland and 800 people went into unemployment. 
An interesting finding, but O'Briens still have operations elsewhere and in the KL Valley alone has 10 outlets. It does seem to operate perhaps in more success and widely as a Franchise over at least 15 countries in Asia, including Hong Kong and China. 
After having several breakfast session here early in the morning at KLCC (one of the few early shops that opens for breakfast in KLCC), I like the Sandwiches here. So far, the service is also very good here.

Food Thoughts: Had the Wholemeal bread Chicken Sausage here on 25.09.2017 for Breakfast, that was not too bad! This morning, I am trying the Signature Croissant Sandwich and the manager in charge suggested crispy chicken with egg mayo for the fillings. I agree with him, it is quite nice. Especially liked the thick vegetable fillings, the crunchy crispy chicken and egg mayo combination was very good. This is one of the restaurants at KLCC that opens as early as 7am and not too far from the KLCC LRT Exit.  
Other breakfast sets here (besides the two I tried) are Pie, Pancake, Toast, and Muffin; next time maybe will try the Pancake or Pie!
