Thoughts: Previously was "Restoran KOH Famili", current kopitiam name is "Restoran Lucky". The kopitiam houses at least 7 to 8 chinese hawker stall foods from as early as 7am. For breakfast, its 猪肉粉 Pork Noodle, 越南粉面 Vietnamese Noodles, 爪哇面 Jawa Mee, 咖喱面 Curry Mee, 淋面 Lam Mee, 云吞面 WanTon Mee, 点心 Dim Sum kiosk, 烧蜡 Duck rice, 杂饭 Mix rice, and 小炒 Xiao Chao. If I remember correctly, the "越南粉面 Vietnamese Noodles" is likely one of the latest addition here.
The rm$7.50 "越南车仔面 Vietnam Phnom Penh style noodle soup" comes with a generous amount of thick vermicelli, its a soup noodle with lots of 生菜 lettuce as well and a mixture of fish cake slices, fish ball, pork slices, minced pork patty, and even 2 prawns, topped with fried garlic (pork lard would probably be a perfect final touch). Its a very likable bowl of  Vietnamese style noodle soup where worth mentioning was the minced pork patty was exceptionally good. The same stall also offers Vietnamese beef sliced fried noodle, ginger fried chicken with rice, and Vietnamese style seafood noodle. The 4 items offered seems appetizing, and all for a good reason to come back again!

Thoughts: Last visit here was October 5, 2017 for the Yong Tao Foo & Sept 19, 2017 for the Jawa Wee, both not bad 6/10; The Yong Tao Foo stall is still around today BUT previous this corner shop was run by 高家茶餐室 Koh Family Restaurant is now taken over by 幸运茶餐室 Restoran Lucky. As there were no redocoration inside and still the same bright yellow wall outside; it would have difficult to know the change if not noticing the signboard outside!
For breakfast, went for a stall which offers all kinds of noodles, went for the dry Pan Mee (not that good), I suppose the owner tried too hard to offer too many choices in one stall! 
The new establishment now also Night session 大炒 Dai Chao, 酿豆腐 Yong Tao Foo & 肥佬碳烧瓦煲鸡饭 Fatty Charcoal Claypot Chicken Rice evening; probably worth a visit for dinner.
