Food Thoughts: Good Friends Cafe offers an extensive menu choice mostly western but offers some asian fusion as well. I suppose the Cafe do provide a good setting of ambience for dining and hang out with friends and family. 
The 大西洋鸡蛋 Eggs Atlantic comes with the smoked salmon sitting on scrambled eggs on-top of thick toast and topped with sesame mayonnaise, with some vegetables on the side. It is nice if you also like the thick toast, I would probably liked it more if it is a thinner toast. 
Baked egg comes with brocolli, cauliflower, home-made chicken patty, marinance sauce, and topped with goeey "gao gao" cheese, as well as 3 choices of toasted bread. Wished it had some vegetables on the side. You will have to like cheese and not worry too much about calories if it is the choice of breakfast to have early in the morning. 
Unfortunately they are out of Chai Latte! However, you can order everything in the menu even early in the morning, and not just the breakfast page. Was told that weekends around 10am will be quite packed. Do make a call to the restaurant to check if it is closed for private functions.
