Thoughts: Balena Dessert Cafe, opened sometime in June of 2025, the Cafe is a cozy 鯨魚為主題 whale-themed 溫馨生活方式咖啡館 lifestyle cafe! The location is at the ground floor of Wiama Conlay in USJ10 Taipan, opposite McD and HSBC Bank. 
The Cafe offers:

"Balena Dessert Cafe" as a Whale-theme Cafe with the name "Belena" is actually the 義大利語 Italian, 科西嘉語 Corsican, and 葡萄牙語 Portuguese word for "鯨魚 whale". It traces its roots directly back to the 拉丁文單字 Latin word "Ballaena", which is also why the 濾食性 filter-feeding (「鬚鯨」"Baleen" Whale) got their name. 
Fun facts: 巴伊亞巴耶納 Bahia Ballena is a 沿海城鎮 coastal town and 國家公園區域 national park area on the 南部太平洋 southern Pacific coast of 哥斯大黎加 Costa Rica, famous for 馬裡諾巴耶納國家公園而聞 Marino Ballena National Park. Its name comes from a 形狀像鯨魚尾巴的天然沙洲 natural sandbar shaped like a whale tail and its role as a major 遷徙座頭鯨重要繁殖地的地位 breeding ground for migrating humpback whales.

Highlights include 招牌豬頸肉 Signature Pork Collar, 挪威鮭魚 Norwegian Salmon, 蛤蜊燴飯 Alle Vongole, and 鹹蛋雞排 Salted Egg Chicken Chop. They also offer casual staples like 雞肉漢堡 chicken burgers, 豬肉漢堡 pork burgers, and 魚肉漢堡 fish burgers, sweet & sour rice meals, and a full beverage selection.

Draft Beer is expensive for single mug (of 1/2 pint) at rm$21 and For 9 mugs is m$128 (which is rm$14 per mug) for happy hours before 8pm AND 5 bottles bucket is rm$85 (which is rm$17 per bottle). Therefore definitely a watering hole for group gathering in a sports bar setting. 
Jiu Guan 1.0 (formerly Sip and Chill) in Puchong officially started operations as an upgraded and relocated venue on November 18, 2025 at 2, Jalan Puteri 5/5, Bandar Puteri, Puchong. It is at a prominent corner shop lot location facing Persiaran Puteri 1, and walking distance from Putri Mart of Stellar Office Suite.
