Thoughts: USJ1's "新隆記燒臘 Xin Long Ji Roasted" is one of the better Roasted shops in UEP Subang Jaya area. The "叉燒 Char Siew" preference is always the 半肥 half fat + 半瘦 half lean meat option, it is of 焦糖風格 sweet caramelized style which some people called it "玻璃叉燒" due to its glaze texture. AND to taste all the roasted choices, it is best to order the "三寶拼盤燒臘" which comes with:

• 5-6 pieces of 半肥瘦 half fat & half lean "叉燒 Char Siew"
• 5-6 pieces of 燒肉 Roasted Pork
• 5-6 pieces of 燒鴨 Roasted Duck
• 齋雲吞麵或飯 Wanton Mee or Rice
• 雲吞湯 Wanton in soup
