Thoughts: Visited "Pasembor Hussin USJ 21" on 03.12.2017, that one is one of the shop lots in USJ21 (opposite Main Place). The original Pasembor Hussin is operated as a Food Truck under a Tree (more precisely Cherry Tree) in USJ20!
Parking is easy, just anywhere on the road side (as this is the off-road to the residential areas of USJ20). The Food Truck surroundings does look clean although I did not wonder around too much. However, lots of crows and pigeons flying and above the trees!
Somehow, I like the Pasembor (fresh mix of thinly sliced cucumbers, eggs, fritters, bean curd, squid mixed with the slight sweet peanut sauce) here today compared to the USJ21 shop lot version 14 months ago. Cendol was a disappointment (I like USJ4 Cendol better than this one!)
The Pasembor food truck also serves ABC as well as mee rebus, and I think Pasembor Hussin also offers Mee Goreng with their Rojak Sauce. In my to-eat list for the mee rebus or mee goreng with rojak sauce coupled with the ABC soon!

Thoughts: Breakfast was Malay Nasi Lemak, Lunch was Chinese meal, and I thought an Indian Meal for dinner would be appropriate to end the Wacky day at work.
There are two entrance to Padang Kota Lama's open air food court. One entrance leads one to almost all Indian or maybe some Malay stalls where it doesn't look that clean and lots of ants on some tables (perhaps you won't notice any of it at night). But connecting to another section of the food court are Chinese stalls (where you exit to the other entrance), much cleaner here (I think) but seems only few stalls in business but may it was too early (6pm+).
Gani famous Pasembur is 2018 Penang People's choice award for best street food of the year (that's what its facebook page claims)! My plate did not gave me a good impression, either I chose the wrong stuff or my taste buds went wacko this evening.
