Thoughts: EE Osteo Care & Accupucture 余氏中医骨伤医馆's main clinic in Klang's Jalan Bagor (Taman Petaling) is now in USJ 1, openend recently. Interestingly, there are quite a few Osteo Care & Accupucture at USJ 1's 1 Regalia Business Centre. 
EE Osteo Care & Accupucture 余氏中医骨伤医馆 in USJ 1 only opens weekdays in the evenings from 5pm - 9pm, you should make an appointment first before visiting. The setup at USJ 1 is with air-conditioned, no shoes allowed inside, bright and clean layout.

Treatment: Interestingly, last visit here was exactly 2 years ago on the 4th, January 2017! 2 years ago was the right knee, now its the left back. 
The treatment included: 中医拔罐治疗 Cupping therapy, 针灸 Accupucture, “电针”针灸 therapy Electric Accupucture, and finally Massage. The most painful was always the massage. The entire treatment around 1 hour. 

Also given was 化瘀消肿药 Phelm & Swelling reduction pills plus 雪莲(地下神果) "Yacon" (Snow Lotus) pills. Interestingly, 雪莲果 (also called "神果") which is also cultivated in Cameron Highlands. 雪莲 is in the family of 菊薯 (chrysanthemum family) which something the South American Indian tribes (in the Southern American Andes) used as medicine (with a history of 500 years). 雪莲果 Yacon does look like patato, (in away, a "root-based" vegetable). Intresting, in Mocha civilization (100-700AD), Yacon was known to be used as special occassions as an offering! 

In modern medical history, 雪莲 Yacon has been offered as syrup due to its high content in antioxidants and potassium, effective for constipation and may lower sugar levels. 

Another name for Yacon is "天山雪莲" which something familiar to those of us who read 金庸武侠小说里的"天山雪莲"! Essentially according to the fiction stories,  天山雪莲 is a magical medicine which can be used to revive an injured Kungfu Master. But in stories, 天山雪莲 is mentioned as a flower (like a sunflower but white in color) instead of a root!

Thoughts: my knee injuring was initially treated with "Fastum" and ice-packs at home, it seem to do the job since Jan 1. But finally decided to get help from Klangs' 余师傅中医调筋跌打! 
The treatment on wednesday's 1st visit was acupuncture, cupping therapy, and then massage. The cupping was quite intense and resulted in removing some blood clot, and quite a lot I saw. The whole treatment was more than an hour. 
Second treatment 2 days later was only acupuncture with more needles then the 1st treatment but the same. The acupuncture was administered together with "burning herbs". It wasn't painful but I did not dare to move my legs too much. 
The usual rub with 铁打药 was a painful one, and I tried so hard to not say anything. Both sessions ended with herbs applied on the knee area and wrapped for 24 hours before removing. And so I was a little "乾捞" (no shower) for those 2 days! 
I think the treatment went well, the fees are reasonable. 
To reach this clinic, head towards Klang town from shah alam or banting. If you are coming from Klang town, follow the main road of Jalan Langat (road signs will show towards Pulau Indah and Banting), but when you see a mosque (Masjid Al-rahimiah) on the left, turn right on the traffic lights to Persiaran Seraya. Then go straight for maybe 1 km until reaching 2 shop lots on the left, turn in at Jalan Bagor. The clinic is a corner house opposite at the end of the row of shops.
