The brand launched its first outlet in Singapore in 2012. Its 招牌日式咖哩醬 signature demi-glace Japanese curry sauce was developed by 一位日本廚師研發 a Japanese chef, 慢燉兩天而成 slow-cooked for two days using 十四種不同的蔬菜和香料 14 different vegetables and spices.
