The founder or successor behind the brand describes the shop as a tribute to their father, who spent his lifetime 適耕莊手工製作傳統魚丸 handcrafting traditional fishballs in Sekinchan before passing down his techniques and recipes to the next generation to bring fresh, "從船到碗 boat-to-bowl" seafood noodles into urban areas like 梳邦再也 Subang Jaya and 麻坡 Muar.
