Thoughts: The Chilled Latte I had on 20.08.2018 was memorable, I liked it a lot with the different layer of taste. To end the evening, I am having the new "漂浮冰淇淋拿铁 Chilled Latte Float" at MyEspresso USJ21. The Ice Cream adding another dimension to the Chilled Latte, interesing!
But I'd still prefer Mr Chin's (Baristar/Owner of myEspresdo) Chilled Latte w/o the Ice Cream, highly recommemded.

Thoughts: Vienna Coffee is the name of a popular traditional cream-based coffee beverage in Europe. The coffee is made by preparing two shots of very strong espresso in specific measurements and infusing espresso with whipped cream (instead of milk and sugar) until the cup is full. One would drink it from the creamy top without stirring it. 
Mr. Chin skillfully makes the blending of a cup of Vienna Coffee, the "burned cheese cake" is also recommended, excellent both of them!

Thoughts: Here is one Coffee House you should not miss if you like coffee and happen to be in the USJ area. Located almost at the end of Road 11 of USJ 21, away from the busy busy spot around "Main Place Mall"! Mr. Chin, who is the owner as well as the Baristar, explains his coffee and I can see his passion for coffee. 
The signature here is the "Chilled Latte", which he highly recommended and I agree totally. He gets a cup of "Chilled Milk" from the freezer and does his magic of coffee into it, the presentation is coffee floating around the milk. Best to have it without stirring the coffee, excellent! 
I also have a got at his "Affogato" which is Expresso drowned with Scoop of Ice Cream! In fact, the word "Affogato" means "Drowned" in Italy. This Italian coffee-based dessert is a lesson of simplicity of fusion of two very different things into an expression of a new delight!
Mr. Chin also explains that Malaysian offers one of the best "unknown" Cocoa Maker producer in the world, with competing with Durian for lands in Pahang to grow Cocoa. I can see what he means when he shared to taste test a piece of our locally produced Dark chocolate. When I asked of what to try next time, it is the "Hot Chocolate", "Pistachio Latte", and "Scarlet Temptation" ... Mr Chin did insist to try his "Hot Chocolate" which is 刚刚好 "not too sweet". 
The interior of the coffee shows lots of photographs of people drinking coffee, and one corner are "Oldies cameras" from the 60s and 70s; looks like besides coffee, there is also a love for photography! The deco is very comfortable with high chair choice and long tables for conversations (maybe lepak with notebook)! There are also creative illustrations on the walls. The Coffee house opens at 12noon but I was in 11:45am but Mr Chin was kind enough to make the Chilled Latte & Affogato for his first customer of the day before opening hours. Well, its closes 9:30pm at night, and location wise will be easy parking in the evenings. Definitely worth a few more visits to try out Mr Chins creations.
