Highlights: Bukit Mertajam's ICON City perhaps is the happening place to be in the evenings, with Non-Halal food and booze all night long. Parking is slightly challenging even on weeknights. There are quite a few Pubs here but one striking one is a Wine Bar
Parking: Free parking at night but challenging. 
Available in the menu are also proper food like pizza, german sausage platter, chicken wings, cheese platter with wize: from rm$9.90 to rm$78! 
Unfortunately, the interior was pitched dark at time of visit, perhaps because we were the only customers there. 
The wine sampled was "Villa Lucidia Vino Tinto Semi Sweet" at rm$109, a Semi Sweet wine, easy drinking and value for money from Spain.

Thoughts: The beer mixed price of rm$98 for 10 glasses can be either Kirin, Heineken, Tiger or Kelkenny. Both Kirin and Kelkenny were very nice, value for money.The Pub also offers Paulaner beer (different pricing). 
The Pub opens from lunch time and offers meals and coffee as well. Also available are several Electronic dart board machines. A very happening place to be at night, located in ICON City, Bukit Mertajam.
