Thoughts: The popular SS14 night time bean sprout chicken rice shop is still offering only take-away. But it's definitely still a favorite (even for take-away), and the owner even setup an automated (contact-less) digital temperature measuring device fully equipped with a tripod; as well as quite an organized queuing system with ticket numbers and specific queue spaces. 
As far as the food, still preferred to be having it in the shop!

Thoughts: The shop name is Restoran Meisek (美食茶餐室) and it is hawker stalls in the morning. The Bean Sprout Chicken Rice only opens in the evening by Lian Kee.
This place is usually packed in the evening starting from 6pm. You can have choice of the Bean Sprout Chicken, a plate of Bean Sprouts, Egg, and Fish Ball. To go with the food, you can either have rice or noodle (河粉 hor fun noodle) at $1.50 per serving.

Review: The Bean Sprout chicken only serves at night at this shop, it is usually packed after 7pm (I know it does at least in the weekends). Chicken was typically good as it is the signature food here, we usually call the "Fu Chow" (福州鱼丸) Fish ball and Egg (卤蛋). There are all good but I do think they have inflated the price a bit. The choice for the "Pickled Pork" (咸菜扣肉) was bad, salty.
