Highlights: Albert Centre is one of the many many market & food centres in Singapore. This venue is a huge one and most are managed by local Singaporeans! The food centre is less than 5 minutes walk from Bugis and this place seems always crowded. Probably over 100 stalls here as the stall number goes beyond #100. 
This one called 宇记 specializes in Pig organs soup and Herbal mutton soup which are served with rice, the variants are priced between SGD$4 - $8. I had the pig organs soup but if I am in Singapore again, shall definitely try the mutton version!

Highlights: This stall sells traditional chinese finger food both sweet and savory ones. Chwee kueh (known also as chwee kwee or chwee kweh) (Chinese: 水粿 literally: "water rice cake") is a type of steamed rice cake, a Teochew cuisine of China, Singapore and Johor.
水粿 or Shui Kueh is made of mixture of rice flour and water poured into small cup-shaped saucers to be steamed to form as cup-like savory cakes; it is usually served with preserved radish and chili or sweet sauce. It is something popular as breakfast for both Johoreans and Singaporans.

Highlights: Walking around Albert Centre's food court, there are a lot to offer. As most of them are managed by local Singaporeas and likely the chef is also the owner running the business at the stall. One such stall are 2 women who very much convinced me to try their "Ginko Soya Beancurd" which according to them are their Signature offering. I agree, refreshing and nice, not too sweet and kind of thirst quenching with the cold version!

Highlights: Lor mee (Chinese: 鹵麵) is a Chinese-inspired noodle dish served in a thick starchy gravy and thick flat yellow noodles (also known as lor mee), the dish is popular among Hokkiens in both Singapore and Malaysia. This version at GHS 卤面 claimed to be in operation since 1980s, interestingly it comes with fish meat as well as pork slices giving it a fishy as well as porky sensation when everything is mixed together! The whole concoction was pretty amazing in the palate which ends with a fishy sensation.
