Thoughts: Nothing much to expect here for this Loh Mee or "Hennessy Loh Mee", the bowl of Loh Mee with Abalone (3pcs) plus a table spoon of Hennessy, that's it. Not really extraordinary taste, no doubt it is a place meant for tourist! 
But the business model at KLs Hutong is a good thing, collecting various "老字号" like 金莲记 "China Town's Kim Lian Kee", 何荣记 "Hor Weng Kee Pai Guat mee", even interesting the Taiwanese 義香 "Ghee Xiang" found a kiosk here! It is quite a huge floor space at lower ground with at least 2 dozen kiosk selling all kinds of chinese cuisines; taste and price wise mostly catering for the tourists.

Food Thoughts: Soon Kee's Beef Noodle, where its HQ is located at Jalan Tun HS Lee. It is a famous 老字号 for its 頌记牛肉粉 Beef Noodle! But you want to see the real Soong Kee Beef Noodle, don't come to this one at Lot 10. The stall is only open for Tourist Business, the stall is run entirely by foreigner cooks. While the noodle wasn't too bad but the bowl of mixed beef was not right!

Thoughts: As per original Macau Pork Bun, it is a big piece of Pork burger and the bun, without anything, neither sauce or salad to go with it. Lately, my obsession is red meat is really not a healthy one. But when so many cultures around the world prepare pork in a variety of tasty ways, what’s one to do? It is not just the Chinese cuisines which is obsessed with pork dishes but so many other cultures in the world! Fortunately, in our country as well as countries in South East Asia and beyond within Asia (Hong Kong, Macau); pork dishes are widely available where there are Chinese or cultures which welcomes Pork as their dietary option. 
The Macau Pork Burger is such a good example of "real porky business" in a meal; with an oversized bone-in pork chop, marinated to perfection in a combination of five spice powder, garlic, sugar, salt, soy, white and black pepper. Fried to a golden brown and severed on a warm, buttered Portuguese bun. For $13 ringgit, you really get a very large piece of oversized bon-in pork chop in the bun! Half-way through, I was already burping! 
As if the Pork Chop Bun is not enough, I ordered the Curry Fish Ball, finishing both was not an easy task!
