Thoughts: Shabu-Yo is a Japanese company. It is a popular all-you-can-eat 自助涮涮鍋 Shabu-Shabu and 和壽喜燒連鎖 Sukiyaki restaurant chain under Skylark Holdings, which is a 大型餐飲集團 major restaurant group based in Japan started in the 1960s. Known for having over 270 branches in Japan and expanded to international locations, including 馬來西亞 Malaysia, 美國 United States, and 台灣 Taiwan. This 日本最大的涮涮鍋連鎖餐廳 Japan's largest Shabu-Shabu chain, opened its first Malaysian outlet at Sunway Velocity Mall around August 2020. The chain has since expanded to multiple locations, including a major branch in 1 Utama Shopping Centre and Queensbay Mall, Penang. And sometime likely in early 2024, the F&B open this location in Shah Alam's Setia City Mall. There are at least 7 locations now in West Malaysia:

Shabu-Yo serves an all-you-can-eat Japanese hot pot buffet featuring high-quality meats, including melt-in-your-mouth Wagyu, Iberico pork, lean beef, lamb, and chicken with prices from rm$29.90 to rm$65.90 (featured at the Setia Alam Mall location). The dining experience offers various broth flavors, a fresh vegetable bar, sauces, sushi, fried foods, curry, and customizable desserts like waffles and matcha ice cream.

Each Pot can 選擇2種 choose 2 soup base from 7種湯底 7 choices: 冬蔭功湯 Tomyan Soup, 壽喜燒湯 Sukiyaki Soup, 柚子湯 Yuzu Soup, 雞肉豬肉湯 Chicken Pork Soup, 泡菜湯 Kimchi Soup, 日式琥珀湯 Japanese Amber Soup, and 番茄湯 Tomato Soup. AND for Lunch today is the 番茄湯 Tomato Soup and the 雞肉豬肉湯 Chicken Pork Soup. 

For the rm$39.90 per pax choice offers unlimited 2 meats of Pork and Chicken. Customer can place 平板電腦點餐 orders via the tablet on the table which includes 五花肉 Pork Belly, 豬頸肉 Pork Collar, 雞肉 Chicken, 筑波燒 Tsukuba, and Shabu-Yo TKG (白飯 White Rice + 生蛋 Raw Egg + 海澡 Seaweed). A variety of 附加菜色 Add-ons with additional costs are available on the tablet as well.

Thoughts: Before entering the shop, if you stop to just take a look at its operating hours: its crazy as its from 5pm to 5am (until early morning)! I guess its cater for people who work late, go home for a shower and maybe a beer or two before having supper after mid-night where parking is easy and the weather is cooler to enjoy a hot pot! 
The restaurant offers almost a dozen (i think 8 or 10) variety of soup base and a huge selection of seafood, meat, and vegetables to choose from (maybe 130+); also available are private rooms for group dining! 
If you are craving for steamboat after midnight even at 3 or 4 am in the morning, or need some bites in a hot pot to clear that dizziness from a couple of drinks, then I'd think that Penang's Lameizi at  Nagore Road is the right place. Besides this one at Jalan Nagor; there is another Lameizi at Bayan Lepas's Krystal Point!
