Thoughts: What caught my eyes on the menu was that "blue color" rice but instead I asked for the 十谷米 10 Grain Rice, as it generally sounds "healthier"! It gets good marks for presentation. 
The main plate contains a bowl of 10 grain rice (nice!), "亚喳" Acar, fried egg, nuts, vegetarian "anchovies", prawn crackers, and some sambal. The 2 sides dishes are 咖哩醬南瓜豆腐 "rendang-like" pumpkin+bean curd and 冬瓜汤 melon soup.
The rendang of the pumpkin and bean curb plus the not too spicy curry paste sambal works well with the main plates 10 grain rice and its sides. After finish it all, ending with the clear melon soup was nice. Well thought out combination. Very nice lunch.

Thoughts: Within walking distance in Bukit Bintang, there are already 3 "Simple Life" vegetarian restaurant; one at Suria KLCC, another at Lot 10, and the latest one at Pavilion Elite opened in May 2017. I think there is one at Sunway Pyramid, Sunway Velocity, as well as Mid Valley's Garden Mall.
For lunch, instead of the menu, I ordered the "cheapest" promotion set (ie: Mixed Mushroom w/sweet patato & pumpkin noodle pepper flavor). The soup comes with a generous amount of 玉竹 yok chok (yu zhu) and 杞子 wolfberries and quite herbally taste, but covered by the peppery taste as well. Can't tell if the noodle is pumpkin-based. 
For around $20, you will get other Ala-Carte menu noodles; $25-$40 are other more elaborate meal sets which looks quite appetizing from the menu.
