Thoughts: Woolley Food City or Wooley Food Centre (located in Ipoh Garden or is it Taman Canning) opened in the 1980s as one of Ipoh's earliest modern-style, multi-stall open-air food courts originating out of a former local cinema building. Most Iporians say that Woolley could be the first of such food court in Ipoh although it has been rename today as Family Food Court.

However, the 188 Food Centre (188 美食中心) visited today is a fairly new Food Centre in Ipoh, located at 270, Jalan Sultan Idris Shah in Ipoh (right next to Ipoh Parade) has been operating under the 188 name since the early 2020s (incorporated as Satu Lapan Lapan Food Centre Sdn Bhd around 2022), though the physical location has hosted various local coffee shop and hawker setups over the years. The Food Centre is about 200m from Ipoh Parade.

四會濑粉 Sihui Lai Fun (often written as "赖粉 Lai Fun" in Malaysia) is a very 著名的傳統華裔古味美食 famous traditional Chinese delicacy in 務邊 Gopeng and Ipoh, 霹靂州 Perak, 馬來西亞 Malaysia. It originated in 四會市 Sihui City, 廣東省 Guangdong Province, 中國 China. In the early years, as 四會籍先賢南下 Sihui natives came south to 霹靂州採錫礦 Perak to mine tin, this hometown craft took root in places like 務邊咖啡山 Kopisan in Gopeng, and has a history of more than 60 to 70 years, 傳承了三到四代人 passed down through three to four generations.
