A 綠茶巴斯克起司 Green Tea (matcha) Basque cheesecake is a 無皮糕點 crustless, 高溫烘焙蛋糕 high-heat baked cake featuring a dark, 頂部呈現深焦糖色 caramelized top and a creamy, 內部則為柔滑鮮亮的綠色 vibrant green interior. It blends 煙燻的甜香 smoky, sweet burnt flavors with the 抹茶的淡淡苦澀 earthy, slight bitterness of matcha. The Basque cheesecake is a cross-cultural fusion dessert. The base cake originated in 1990 by 西班牙聖塞巴斯蒂安的廚師聖地亞哥·裡維拉 chef Santiago Rivera at his restaurant La Viña in San Sebastián, Spain.
