my Standard Queen via Agoda costs rm$110/night, "very small" and seems dated. Bathroom also small and cleanliness could be improved. Staff at the front desk are quite polite and friendly. Except for the Lobby which looks quite luxurious, upstairs to the rooms from the lift onwards seems to be and old building. Nevertheless, the location is the biggest advantage as its just a stone throw from the hawkers stalls of Kimberley Street. You can also easily walk to Prangin Mall and Komtar.
