Thoughts: Located right next to 姓週橋 or Chew Jetty is Ah Lan Cafe which only spring to action for Penang's hawker food starting 4pm every evening except Sundays. You get your favorite Penang hawker food here: Hokkien Mee, Lobak, Wan Ton Mee etc. But tonight, we were here for Balitong and Sharphead IceFish which is not by the hawkers at Ah Lan Cafe but from one of the homes in Chew Jetty. We placed the order via telephone and when we arrive, the food fresh from the kitchen of one of the homes inside Chew Jetty arrived to our table. Both items were amazing! 100% goes well with a cold glass of beer!
