Thoughts: Everything sampled was nice, totally satisfied. Known to be one of the biggest hawker center combining both wet market and food court, that's the "七条路美食街 Cecil Street Market Food Court". A place where maybe only the locals come to eat the real Penang street food as the location, its maybe 1.5-2km from the City Centre. As Jalan Mechanize is Street 1, Cecil Market is on Street 7 hence 七条路; I had an idea to explore this area starting from Street 1 to Street 7 but just couldn't find the right day to do it.

Maybe when the English people named to roads, it was difficult to locals to pronounce them and therefore its referred to as Street 1 to Street 9 in Hokkien!
Cecil Market opens from 7:30am to 7pm, definitely worth many visits here. The 碩硪炒 Fried Sago was quite unique! Comes with a bowl of un-appetizing dark soupy bowl, the bite on the sago was "QQ" almost jelly like, a very traditional recipe but is an acquired taste!
