Thoughts: I like Hong Kong styled food (Char Chan Teng or street style) and I think perhaps so do many Malaysian; that's why 香港仔车仔面 HK Boy Cart Noodle has been opening quite a few locations in KL (Kepong, Cheras, Pavilion, SS2, and Bukit Tinggi) and now there are 2 in Penang, in Bayan Lepas and this one visiting today taking up a large corner unit in Logan Heritage, Georgetown.
My first visit to HK Boy was the SS2 branch on 14.March.2019 and left with a positive experience. For lunch, today in Georgetown taking up an opportunity for another try of Hong Kong street food. The Penang branch offers similar menu and decoration but this one on Beach street takes up a larger space than the SS2 location; no fancy menu here as well as you just "tick to select" what you want on menu cards.
I am biased and I still like what's offered here!
