Thoughts: At the intersection of Kimberly street and Rope Walk street (Jalan Pintal Tali) is where you can find 月萍豆芽鸡 Air Itam Famous Bean Sprout Chicken! Ipoh Hor-Fan Bean Sprout Chicken (正宗怡保河粉芽菜鸡). Its basically said to be a Penang version of the renowned Ipoh-style "ngah choi kai" (豆芽鸡), perhaps changing the taste/recipe to suit Penangites 口味 palates. The current Kimberley street outlet traces its roots the Air Itam Famous Bean Sprout Chicken!
I can see that the steam chicken was de-boned before serving, its also garnished with the dipping sauce (instead of sauce on the side), enjoyed both the chicken and vege. Also available here are 鸡粒饭 Chicken Rice Ball which was out of stock at time of visit. Besides chicken meat dishes, the restaurant also offers 卤鸡脚 braised chicken feet and 梅菜扣肉 braised pork with pickled vegetables! Although, located in a touristy area where prices of food a usually higher, still not bad. I liked it.
