Thoughts: 湖滨鱼头米有限公司 Woo Pin Fish Head Noodles is likely no stranger to anyone looking for food in KL; but perhaps some may like it and some don't. As for the milk-based soup (which you and ask for a lighter one or none), its generally likable as least to my liking; but it was really the fish paste that was the "Star" in the bowl.  
Probably should try the Prawn noodle next time here!
