Thoughts: Taste and Wok Kei below average! The push-cart koay teow stall operates just at the entrance to 鎂輝茶餐中心 Bee Hooi Cafe; a very prominent kopitiam at the heart of the very very busy Kimberley Street! Very difficult to missed it as this is perhaps one of the busiest touristy location in Penang.
Out of curiosity, I tried and I left with expected disappointment!
