Thoughts: Antarabangsa Enterprise is probably one of the most popular "bars" in Penang; but be forewarned there isn't any bar girls, no live music, not even a glass/mug. Its all self-service from the fridge in the tiny little old shop, pay for your bottle, and drink outside on stools on the road sides. The place is usually popular for back-packers and take-away beer. It's also probably one of the cheapest place for beer in Penang, craft beer costs a little bit more but still cheaper than what I can usually get in KL.
Antarabangsa Enterprise, for what seems to be just a simple liquor stall (and perhaps one of a kind in the whole of Malaysia), where you can drink freely on the streets itself. Probably only possible in Penang! The place is packed with both locals and some foreigners at time of visit, a make-shift Shisha stall can be seen not far away. Interestingly, it is located just behind the Goddess of Mercy Temple.
