Thoughts: Perhaps, in my opinion, one of the very good "Koay Teow Thng" in Penang, simply being referred to as "Uncle 粿條汤" on Lebuh Cintra. And if you don't mind eating "on the street" where cars drive pass inches away from the dining tables; only available in the morning breakfast. Limited seats are available as it only opens for 3 hours in the morning and a favorite haunt even for locals. It is usual to share a table with other customers while waiting for your order.
My rm$4.50 bowl (you can choose either Bee Hoon, yellow noodle, Koay teow, or Rat noodle or mix) comes with generous amount of sliced chicken meat, some fish ball and meat ball, topped with some vege and fried onions.
