Penang's Jetty Foor Court's hawkers starts business from 10am and is busy at night with not just local customers but also tourist visiting the Jetty. "妹御点心 Jetty Dim Sum" is the only eatery that opens early, and as early as 6am; I was there just after 7am today. Traditional Dim Sum are generally served by steam-heated carts to the customer's table. Here, Dim Sum area ordered at the Counter where baskets of Dim Sum were being steamed.
With a positive experience, don't mind coming back here for Dim Sum in the future!
