Thoughts: Last visit to Mama Good Taste was Nov.09.2016 where I had the 猪脚醋 Vinegar Pork Trottle and Oct.24.2016 for its 招牌菜, 肉骨茶 Bak Kut Teh. It has been more than 10 months since the last visit. Mama Good Taste now added minced pork dry rat noodle to their menu which I will definitely try next time!
But today, I ordered the 黄焖鸡 Braise Chicken for lunch! This recipe is "重口味" or should I have for people likes a "Strong Taste or Strong Flavor" in their food. I sense there is some vinegar, it is braised with ginger as well as it is a little spicy, chicken meat is definitely well marinated and must have been braised for quite some time as the meat seems to have soaked in all of the intended flavors from the soup!
