Thoughts: I have never tried Hong Leong Restaurant at Wisma Cosway which is located at the first floor. It is one of those Non-Halal eateries nearby to Wisma UOA2. Besides a variety of Rice and Noodles choices, they also have daily lunch specials for $6.50 to $7.80. The restaurant serves both breakfast and lunch.
According to the menu, the Chef's recommendation is the 猪脚醋饭 "Vinegar Pork Leg Rice" (Wednesday & Thursdays), 炸肉饭 "Char Yoke Rice" (Monday & Tuesdays), and 椰浆饭 Nasi Lemak (Friday only). These are likely my next try in the future coming here!
No ambiance here and no nonsense playing with your phone here after your meal and likely you eat and go as the "Si Tao Po" seems a fierce one!
I tried the fried Loh Shu Fun today! nice.
