Thoughts: Broke the vegetarian chain yesterday afternoon (after 2.5 days), this morning thought of vegetarian and woke up early to drive to Pudu ICC. The Vegetarian noodle plate I had was $4 (without egg minus $1); 阿群姐 also have another noodle with sliced fried egg but fried with 虾米 Small dried shrimps. She also sells her home made Kuih.
Since 1st August 2017, no more free parking at KL Pudu ICC, it is now $2 per entry (whether you park for 1 minutes or the whole day). This move by DBKL is a sure thing as next door (KL Plaza) shoppers and workers alike have all taken advantage of the free parking here but perhaps never eat or did any shopping at Pudu ICC. For me, parking for 20 minutes for morning breakfast of $5.70 suddenly become $7.70 is a little bit annoying; unless you are having breakfast here with a few colleagues or friends, the parking is worth while. Nevertheless, there are no DBKL officers to summon you if you park illegally outside ICC on the roadsides leading to it, provided if you are here maybe before 8am.
