Thoughts: Arriving at Brunch Kitchen at Wisma Cosway for lunch, I noticed some new lunch options and the Vietnam Sour and Spicy Pork immediately caught my eyes and I ASAP ordered it.
It comes in a Claypot and a dry version, reduce to remaining very little dark brown sauce. It is different from our normal Chinese 猪脚醋 (Vinegar Pork Trotter). The slightly sour+sweet sauce is very appetizing with the rice. The package comes with a fried egg garnished with nuts, chili, and scallion. The while deal is very nice!
