Thoughts: Pakcik Cafe is my usual breakfast and lunch when the training was still at Wisma Antarabangsa! Since the building was demolished a few years ago, Pakcik Cafe has since moved to Plaza Central (next to Pavilion). Nevertheless, the restaurant is at the back of Plaza Central and not facing Jalan Sultan Ismail. In fact, you really have to go to the back lane entering Pavilion to get there, and it is barely noticeable from Jalan Raja Chulan.
I have always generally liked the Nasi Lemak for many years in Wisma Antarabangsa by Pakcik Cafe but today's quality is way off its usual standard!
And the location now is really not good, it is facing the back of Pavilion where construction trucks, lorries, and vehicles are just outside the open air restaurant. This morning there were a few trucks with their engine on just outside the restaurant, all the fumes making it worst early in the morning. Too bad! Too bad!
