Thoughts: It looks juicy outside but dry inside, I suppose the chicken could be saved if some kind of sauce is provided (not tomata or chili sauce), but no sauce comes with the take-away chicken anyway. This stall is part of the Aeon establishment while before Aeon took over, it was managed by Carrefour. During Carrefour's time, the same spot offers Honey Chicken, BBQ Chicken, and Spicy BBQ Chicken. Now, with Aeon it seems to offer one style which is called the "Nusantara" Roasted Chicken. The name does sound nice together with the presentation, but eating it is a different story! However, one whole chicken is $13.90 (medium size chicken); so, it is affordable to most people. But despite its lower price (I think), it could have done better if some special sauce is provided to go along as a dip for the chicken.
