Thoughts: my 2nd day going back to gym after surgery! It's going to be a late breakfast at 11:45am reaching Taipan's BMS Organics. Well, today is 六月初十五 and I did plan for BMS but not this late of the day!
I ordered the "Breakfast Crunch", which is caramelized toast mixed with a bowl of fruits (strawberry) and nuts, along with soya milk and organic honey. For beverage, I have the "Tropical Twist", which is a mix of green apple, cucumber, and pineapple. As usual, BMS offers a small free cup of Ginger Tea! The whole thing may not be filling my empty stomach after gym, but it is a nice and healthy one, I hope.
