The Indian or likely a Mamak Restaurant offers your typical Indian Roti variety and Goreng Goreng, although breakfast is 印度煎餅 Roti Canai for today but I think maybe their signature is Mee Goreng! The restaurant is at the "old" Paramount Cinema complex which now houses eateries and "Star Grocer" (Grocery).
Fun Facts: 百樂戲院 or Paramount Garden Cinema in PJ's Seksyen 20 and 寶石戲院 Ruby Cinema in Seksyen 21 and two popular go-to cinemas for residents in this part of PJ in the 70s, 80s, and early 90s. These old style cinemas offer really "BIG" screens compared to the current "Mini" cinemas (Cineplex) in shopping malls. But in the 90s (I think), the "BIG" screen cinemas became out of fashion or difficult to survive as they can only screen one movie at a time. Soon, all such Cinemas are abandoned or the structures demolished for redevelopment or repurpose:

The nearby 寶石戲院 Ruby Cinema in Seksyen 21; as I recall, Screened the 1971 Bruce Lee movie "唐山大兄 The Big Boss" where at that time a ticket into that Big Screen cinema was rm$0.80. And as I left Paramount Garden (Seksyen 20 today, and surveyed into Seksyen 21, it looks like Ruby Cinema was demolished and now some construction is taking place at the location! BUT Seksyen 20's 百樂戲院 Paramount Cinema structure is still standing and even with the huge parking lot outside the Cinema!
