Review: felt heaty for the past few days, I guess it's due to the lacking of sleep. The training was finally over and after lunch with a student here at Low Yat Plaza, I needed some Chinese herbal stuff. Resting myself for quite sometime at 恭和堂, a nice change of something soothing the throat and the cold jelly swallowed down to the stomach.
