Thoughts: Last visit here (this particular stall) was Dec 6, 2016 where I had the Won Ton Mee with Cha Siew here. Not forgetting that there are 2 seperate Wan Ton Mee stalls next to each other at Jalan Mesui (next to Menara PMI, PMI = Project Management Institute). Both of them operates from early morning as early as 7am until after lunch. When you enter Jalan Mesui from Ceylon Road, you will see this Wan Ton Mee first before the other one next to it. I don't find the name of this stall posted anywhere at their location!
There have 2 sizes for their Wan Ton Mee, $6.50 for small and $7.00 for large. The $7 means 两粒云吞面, next table a young man even ordered 四粒云吞面 which comes in a separate Large Bowl! Today, I asked to changed the ChaSiew to Pork balls and Minced Pork. Not bad, but 两粒云吞面 seems a lot to me!
Other choices in their menu includes 水饺面 Dumpling noodles, 咖喱面 Curry noodles, 猪肉粉 Pork noodles, I forgot the others!
Twice here, Dec last year and today, the lady boss (chef) greeted me with a big smile! Good points for that! I guess eating anywhere is not just about the food, but also the people who serves you.

Thoughts: Was at Lorong Ceylon for Tosai breakfast 2 mornings ago; Jalan Mesui Hawkers stalls is around where Lorong Ceylon and Jalan Mesui meets. The prominent building here is Menara PMI and ParkRoyal Service Suits. 
There are 2 Chinese Noodles stalls here next to each other; both selling Wan Ton Mee and other noodles. This one I visit this morning offers Wan Ton Mee, Lam Mee, Pork Meat/Ball Mee, Fish Meat/Ball Mee at $6.50 (S) and $7.00 (L). While Tom Yam Mee and Seafood Mee are $9.00 (L) and $9.50 (L). 
The hawker stall also offers Tea/Coffee/Herbal Tea at $1.50-$2.00. It is managed two 2 elderly folks and a younger woman. The Won Ton Mee with Cha Siew and Wanton was OK.

Thoughts: Perhaps the cheapest place to eat Tosai and a small glass of Teh Tarik. But you have to take a little risk as the tables are right on the shoulders of Lorong Ceylon! I am really not sure if there are any stalls nearby that can match this low price deal on breakfast of $2.50 with Toasi plus Teh Tarik!
Jalan Mesui and Lorong Ceylon offers a multi-racial hawker stall choices with Chinese (Chee Cheong Fun, Noodles, Wan Ton Mee), Indian/Mamak (Indian breads), Malay (Goreng Goreng) for True Malaysians. It is wonderful to see people of different races doing business harmoniously and people of all races eating together in the same area!

Review: Jalan Mesui is a little bit of a walking distance from KLCC, google map says 1.5km ! It's a mixed of Indian, Malay, and Chinese hawkers, maybe 10 or more. This particular Wan Ton Mee stall did not have a banner, when I asked for a name, she told me just say "behind Menara MPI" (PMI is Project Management Institute), and also a Chinese Temple but Parking may not be easy at noon.
