Thoughts: I suppose it is quite correct to say that if you haven't been to Ipoh's Tong Sui Kai, then you haven't been to Ipoh! With 60 stalls (I think) of snacks, desserts, Dai Chao, street food, noodles etc etc. The fact that it closes after mid-night means parking is less challenging (in general still with a bit of walking), it means dinner and supper from 6pm - 2am!
杂果雪糕 Ice Fruit Ice Cream offered by CK Loong Minimum 阿龙茶水 was definitely a good choice, but so many stalls offering Ice Kacang with many variants as well. Just remember to sit at the right tables as the hawkers are quite territorial, other than site, its a great place in the evenings without the heat to enjoy dinner or supper with some cold cool desserts!
