Thoughts: Food/Recipe choices offered in the Esquire Kitchen menu did not change too much; but its really very crowded here in Subang Parade tonight. Previously almost next to Parkson (ground floor), now Esquire Kitchen have moved to the other end of the Wing (snow at 1st floor), which is now next to Sakae Sushi.
西湖凉糕 or interestingly advertised as "Santa Cake" was interesting, its bean paste inside gluey rice cake.
上海小龙包 and 上海锅贴 are the usual must order here; its been in their menu for as long as i know (maybe 40+ years), still a good choice for snack or side dish.
东坡肉 or 鱼香肉丝 are usually ordered with 花卷, 东坡肉 will always come with pork fat; I still like it although seems too salty and savory. 肉碎炒东粉 wasn't bad although its just glass noodle with minced pork, but quite pricey.
Overall, the relocation of Esquire since 1st June this year within Subang Parade gave it a new look (with a lot of glass walls) is refreshing with new renovations if you don't mind the queue, waiting time for food is at least 30 minutes in peak hours.
Rating: 7 / 10 👍👍😋😋
