Thoughts: 莆田 Putien is a Singaporean based restaurant; where the brand name has its roots to China's 莆田 Putian of Eastern Fujian. It started in year 2000 with its 1st "coffee shop style"eatery specializing in 莆田兴化料理 "Heng Hwa" cuisine at Kitchener Road, Singapore. It's first foray into Malaysia market is at One Utama in 2012. The restaurant has achieved many awards in Singapore and one is the One-Star Michellin award in 2016! The establishment now has restaurant in Shanghai and Hong Kong. In 2015, its SS15 branch debut in Subang Courtyard.
Today is just trying out its dessert; the unique taste of the "薄荷枇杷冻 Chilled Putian Loquat in Herbal Jelly" was an excellent choice. Others were ok!
